The primary purpose of the Buildings and Grounds Subcommittee (established by the Selectboard) is to evaluate and analyze Town-owned buildings in order to develop a comprehensive and prioritized building-specific Capital Plan. The Capital Plan will include analysis and recommendations for current and future building operating, maintenance and new project costs.
The Committee works closely with building/department stakeholders and other local and neighboring resources in the data collection, analysis and development of recommendations for the Selectboard. The work will include: Phase 1 (Buildings) and Phase 2 (Grounds).
Meetings will be held as needed based upon team’s need to meet.
